Conditions of the Scientific Digital Presence Program

The Scientific Digital Presence Program is an initiative designed to help researchers build a complete and professional digital presence.

Below are the participation terms and how the program works.

1. Organizer

The Scientific Digital Presence Program is organized by InspiraSoft, an agency specialized in developing digital projects for the scientific and technological sector.

2. Program objective

The goal of the program is to enhance the digital visibility of scientists, researchers, and professionals in the scientific and technological fields by providing them with digital tools to communicate their work and increase their international impact.

The program is open to:

4. How to apply

To participate, simply complete the form available on the program page.

Each participant may submit only one application.

5. Application period

The application period is open until April 30 (inclusive).

Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.

6. Participant selection

From all submitted applications, 10 scientists will be selected as program participants.

Selection will be based on criteria such as:

  • The relevance and focus of the scientific profile
  • The clarity of the applicant’s visibility and positioning goals
  • The researcher’s potential for international projection
  • The alignment of the program with the participant’s needs

7. Program benefits

Selected participants will receive:

1. Development of a professional scientific website

Designed to clearly and professionally communicate their work, leadership, publications, projects, and research areas, with a strong focus on impact.

2. Complete digital infrastructure for 12 months

Including high-performance hosting, domain setup, technical management, ongoing maintenance, and specialized support.

The program has a total value of €2,699 and is offered under special launch conditions for €1,890, representing a 30% discount (€809 savings).

8. Communication of results

Selected participants will be contacted directly by email or phone after the selection process is completed.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided will be used exclusively to manage participation in the program and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance of terms

Participation in this program implies full acceptance of these terms.

11. Modifications

The organization reserves the right to modify the program terms, extend the application period, or cancel the program if circumstances require it.
